Fine art paper is textured, soft and has a matte like surface whilst maintaining a perfect reproduction of sharpness and detail. Fine art paper is the classic look and most popular choice. Our photographs are printed onto 310gsm 100% cotton rag stock.

All finished artwork is framed in a wooden ‘Shadow Box Frame’ and has two d-ring security hooks at the back ready to hang.

A Shadow Box Frame is a contemporary frame which adds depth to your walls with the artwork and acrylic set back approximately 30mm.

The Deep Set Frame is 30mm wide x 40mm deep, set back 30mm.

All artworks have a white border which sits between the print and the frame.

Our frames come with a museum grade acrylic that is indistinguishable from standard glass but is lighter and virtually impossible to break, a big bonus for shipping and longevity.

Framed prints are only available for shipping within Australia.

We recommend not hanging your item in direct sunlight and not using abrasive cloths for cleaning or dusting.  When installing your frame we recommend using two hooks to distribute the weight for hanging.

We are a custom made to order business. That means, when you place an order we will produce it to the specifications chosen. Everything is hand-made locally in Sydney. As we custom make each artwork as per your specifications, we are not able to provide returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Once your order has been placed and full payment has been received, your custom order will be produced and shipped within 15 business days. Due to the nature of our fine art printing process, each order is carefully custom made to ensure safe arrival of your order.

Please note a signature is required on delivery. It is important that your shipping address is your day time address. Orders are sent via courier with tracking number. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.  

Please ensure someone will be home to receive your delivery. If the courier attempts to deliver your order and no one is home, we will happily resend your order, however you will be responsible for the delivery charge on the second attempt. 

Shipping information (Nov-Dec)

November to December is our busiest period. We will try our best to maintain our shipping time frames, but please be aware that shipping time frames are subject to change during busy periods. We recommend ordering as early as November (or even October) to guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery.

It is likely that if you order a framed artwork in December, or even mid to late November, it will not be delivered until mid January. 

Due-South Photography products are hand crafted using high quality art-grade materials. Any slight marking or variations are usually intentional. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packed with care. In the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will endeavour to resolve this for you.

We take special care in packaging of all artworks in order to ensure a safe transit from us to you. However, should an item arrive faulty or damaged, or not what you ordered, please notify us immediately and we will resolve this for you. If you receive a package which is visually damaged or has been opened, insist that this is noted with the courier before signing for your order. Please send us a photo within 48hrs of receiving your print.
